nf-core/oncoanalyser v1.0.0 A comprehensive cancer DNA/RNA analysis and reporting pipeline

nf-core/pairgenomealign v1.0.0 Pairwise genome comparison pipeline using the LAST software to align a list of query genomes to a target genome, and plot the results
